Meet the Judges, Monday, Feb 2, 2015, 6 pm- 9 pm - With the New Year comes a whole new bench - come to this program to meet our new members of the judiciary and find out which judges have moved to new Parts. The judges and their law clerks will let you know what to expect in their courtrooms and discuss their Part Rules. We are privileged that newly re-elected Justice A. Gail Prudenti, Chief Administrative Judge of the Courts of NYS, will join us for this program as well, to talk about what lawyers should expect in 2015. This is a "can't miss" event! SCBA Hosts 4th Annual Cohalan Cares for Kids
Save the Date Thursday, February 5, 2015 - The SCBA will host the 4th Annual Cohalan Cares for Kids at the Bar Center, 6 pm - 8 pm. We will have local craft beer tastings - sponored by the Brickhouse Brewery and the Greenport Harbor Brewing Companies. Barbeque sponsored by Firedside Catering and music by Gerard Donnelly, Rafael Penate and Thomas Lavalle. There will be raffle prizes and good cheer all benefiting the Children's Center at the Cohalan Court Complex, Centeral Islip.
