Sexual Harassment Policy: What Your Obligations are for your practice and your client-DVD or CD-November 28, 2018

As of October 9, 2018, all employers, including municipalities, must adopt asexual harassment policy that equals or exceeds the standards set forth in the recent amendments to the New York Labor Law. In this CLE program, you will gain an overview of the sexual harassment laws and the steps New York employers, including all law firms need to take for compliance. You will learn:
• What the New York Labor Law now requires, as well as comparable Federal and local laws
• Damages/attorney’s fees
• What the model policy requires
• Training requirements
• Investigation requirements
