Recent Developments in Guardianship Practice-LIVE-December 18, 2019

Those attorneys who are involved in Article 81 Guardianship Practice will want to attend this course to learn about recent developments. Topics to be explored will include the Guardianship Project's recent report on the state of Guardianship in New York, the formation of the Second Department's Guardianship Task Force, the increase in petitions for individuals formerly covered by Article 17A of the Surrogate's Court Procedure Act, and available resources in the Suffolk County Guardianship Part, including the two Community Guardianship Programs and the new Pet Therapy Program.
